Description:

We have an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager for our sales team. This individual should be capable of driving sales of Award Solutions’ training and consulting services to clients in the wireless industry in North America. This individual will be assigned specific accounts and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and achieving revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage and build business with existing accounts
Identify and develop new customers
Create and follow through on annual account plans
Negotiate pricing and delivery terms
Cold-calling potential clients to open opportunities

The position will be based in Richardson, TX, but will require significant travel (up to 60%).

Experience in developing and/or editing highly technical documentation is preferred.

Key Responsibilites:

Creating polished PowerPoint slides based on material and instructions from Subject Matter Experts (the course developer), including text, illustrations and animation

Running macros in PowerPoint to create course books in PDF format
Manipulate multiple files in multiple formats (PDF, Word, and more) to build the final training course book/material for the customer
Proofread course material (grammar, spelling, consistency, book structure accuracy, etc.)
Work with logistics and the printing company to release manuals accurately and in a timely manner
Understand the relative priority of each project and manage the schedule to ensure on-time delivery
Some evening and weekends are required
